2. Ticket Booking and Reservations

All tour ticket bookings made through our website are subject to availability. By completing a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Kilmainham Gaol Tour reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion. Booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of reservation within 24 hours.

3. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking for all Kilmainham Gaol museum tickets and tour packages. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods listed on our website. All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Kilmainham Gaol Tour is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable. Tour date changes are permitted subject to availability up to 48 hours in advance. No-shows without prior notice will forfeit their ticket payment. Contact our support team promptly to request cancellations or modifications.

5. Visitor Conduct

All visitors to Kilmainham Gaol are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow the instructions of tour guides and museum staff at all times. Behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or endangers others will result in removal from the tour without refund. The Kilmainham Gaol National Monument is a heritage site and must be treated with appropriate care and reverence.
